Avoid Dieting - Make Positive Changes Instead

This is by far my most favorite subject to write about. How to avoid dieting! It is a fact that merely thinking about the “D” word will immediately bring thoughts of failure to men and women around the world. Is it possible that we have already learnt through trial and error that dieting does not work? I can already see that many of you are sitting back with jaws wide open at the moment. After all, this is an article about dieting, right? It is and it isn’t. A new phase in your life or lifestyle adjustment is just the thing that can mean success for you and your fitness and health goals, while dieting is most definitely the kiss of death for many.

For some of us eating is as much an addition as smoking is to smokers. It is as difficult to give up on smoking as it is to change your eating habits. Of course you cannot give up eating completely. Listen, I am not saying that to give up smoking is easy, but surely it is not that difficult to smoke 3 cigarettes a day if you were forced to? So you might as well enjoy them every time you have an urge. And the same is true for food. Fact is, you must eat in order to survive. So if food is a stumbling block in your life, you need to find a better and healthier way to look at food.

If you thought that this is where diets come in handy, be assured that this is not right. And this is where diets fail. Diets does not influence the way we look at food. All diets do is telling us what food is healthy, not so bad and which food is totally forbidden (normally the food that gets us into trouble which we enjoy the most). Problem is diets force people to feel punished and deprived and no one likes either of these feelings.

What makes it even worse is that we always punish ourselves when slip along the slippery and narrow road called dieting. So every time we feel guilty about this misstep, we over indulge again and start to ignore the guilt all together.

The only way to succeed is to have a lifestyle change. And the way we do it is by setting strict and aggressive goals. Keep them realistic, no need to set yourself up for failure. These goals can be by starting to replace the burgers with veggies. It really is a great place to start.

It is very important to keep motivated and being consistent in achieving your goals. Once the first pounds begun falling off, you will feel great with your success. But the fact is that if you focus only on the long term goals and compare them with your short term success, you might also be disappointed. Keep at it, be consistent.

Soon you will begin to feel you have more energy and less pain if you exercise. This will motivate you even more.

If you are looking for someone to help you and guide you to making this change, look no further. I have found this person. His name is Jerry Stanger; a gentleman that is a firm believer in changing your eating habit before anything else, and on top using natural products and non synthetic supplements.

I suggest you go to his site immediately because I do not know for how long he will help people without charging for it.

If you are like me, then I get very bored very quickly when I have to count calories and check the label of every product I buy. Jerry takes the guesswork out of it and gives you an easy to follow a healthy diet.

If you really want to get that fat falling off, I highly recommend that you go get your copy of the training at TruthAboutFitness.
